Leadership is the foundation upon which the success, credibility, and sustainability of any organization or movement is built. Within the City Boy Movement, leadership is understood not merely as the exercise of authority, but as a responsibility to serve, inspire, and empower others toward shared goals.

Effective leadership requires vision, integrity, and accountability. Leaders are expected to articulate a clear direction, uphold the values and principles of the Movement, and demonstrate ethical conduct in all actions and decisions. By leading with transparency and fairness, leaders build trust among members, partners, and the wider public.

Leadership within the Movement is also participatory and inclusive. Leaders at all levels are expected to encourage dialogue, welcome diverse perspectives, and promote unity across cultural, social, and geographic lines. This inclusive approach strengthens collaboration and ensures that the Movement remains representative of the people it serves.

In addition, leaders must be proactive and results-oriented. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing programs that advance civic awareness, political participation, and community development.
